The 2024 Neilma Sidney Short Story Prize seeks outstanding short fiction of up to 3000 words written around the theme of travel. The winner will be awarded with $5000 and have their story published in Overland magazine; two runners-up will each be granted $750 as runners-up prizes. This competition is open to writers nationally and internationally.
